Welcome to Heartful Kids, the Early Years Program at Heartfulness International School, Omega.

The early years are a special time in a child’s life, filled with wonder, new friendships, endless questions, growing independence and the joy of discovering the world. At Heartful Kids, we want every child to experience these years with joy, curiosity and a true sense of belonging.

We believe young children need the freedom to explore, the time to wonder and the space to grow at their own pace. When we encourage them to ask questions, make choices and reflect on their experiences, they gradually begin to take ownership of their learning.

They drive, we navigate.

Our teachers build warm, trusting relationships with each child, taking time to listen to their thoughts, notice what interests them and respond to their needs. We want every child to feel seen, heard and valued, so they develop the confidence to try, make mistakes, try again and discover what they can do.

At Heartful Kids, play is at the heart of learning. Through play and hands-on experiences, children develop language, thinking, creativity, problem-solving and social and emotional understanding. A conversation, a story, a game, a puddle, a block tower or a seed beginning to sprout can all become an invitation to wonder and discover.

We also believe children thrive when home and school work together. Parents are important partners in these early years. Conversations with teachers and observations shared from home help us understand each child better. When families and teachers work together with trust, children feel secure and supported.

As we begin another year together, may Heartful Kids continue to be a place where children feel free to wonder, explore, create, connect and truly be themselves.
