INDIGO HEARTFUL KIDS

Frequently Asked Questions for Parents

Supporting Children with Differential Learning Needs

Every Child Can Shine

Indigo is not about labelling children. It is about understanding them.

Indigo is a part of the CBSE stream of Heartfulness International School–Omega. It is designed to provide the academic, developmental and emotional support required by children with differential learning needs within an inclusive and nurturing school environment.

Our objective is not to label or brand any child. We believe that a learning difficulty does not define a child. Our focus is on understanding each child's individual learning profile, strengthening their abilities, addressing areas of difficulty and optimizing their potential.

We aspire to help every child become a confident, happy and increasingly independent learner, while ensuring that the child experiences dignity, acceptance and belonging within the school community.

Is Indigo the Right Environment for My Child?

If you are wondering whether Indigo would be an appropriate environment for your child, we encourage you to speak with the school and share your child's learning history, strengths, areas of difficulty and educational needs. This conversation can help determine whether Indigo is the right fit and what kind of support may be appropriate.
